We are having a great time at The National Stationery Show and we are off to a busy start each morning! As always, we were delighted to have visits from Martha Stewart Weddings, Town & Country, The Knot and Vogue. On Sunday night we hosted an event for our retailers at Battery Gardens, with cocktails and dancing. It was a picture perfect New York City evening with crystal clear skies... and from our party, we had spectacular views facing south to the Statue of Liberty.

It's always great to spend time with our retailers. Since we've been in business for 60 years, some of our retailers have been selling our products since the 1960s and 70s. Another exciting piece of news is the influx of international visitors to the Stationery Show. We've met with customers from Mexico, Brazil, Japan, New Zealand and Australia. They've all come to New York to see the latest in stationery.

We are noticing quite a few trends this year:
• A lot of variation in color, not just white and ecru
• Bold type treatments
• Personalization on a vast range of products
• Sophisticated, humorous cards
• Stationery for tweens + the younger set
{we love anything that will inspire kids to pick up a pen and write!}
